Linda Keene Solomon
Linda is a senior executive with 30 years of leadership, managerial, and board director experience serving the corporate, government, and non- profit sectors. She advises CEOs on growth strategies and leadership succession, designs global expansion initiatives, and delivers complex project implementation results. Today, Linda serves on the Deloitte & Touche USA Foundation Board. During her 26-year career at Deloitte, she served on the CEO Nominating Committee, led one of its market segments, and advised key international organizations such as ExxonMobil, Monsanto, General Motors, the Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of State. As a member of the executive team, she managed a $1.5B portfolio and 7000-person staff. She has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the USA’s ”Top 25 Consultants” and featured in Women in Technology’s debut book, ”No One Path.”
In 2016, Linda embarked on a new path to pursue her lifelong passion of empowering youth and young women. In particular, she invests her time, talents, and treasure towards creating international, cross-cultural youth/young professional exchange opportunities and developing a new social impact model, STEMbiotic Communities, founded on cross-sector, collaborative partnership and impact at-scale principles.
