Hatem Sellami served as the Chairman of the board of TAYP from 2011 to 2013. He is the CEO and co-founder of Cognira, a company with offices in Atlanta, GA and Tunis, Tunisia delivering advanced analytics consulting services in retail merchandising and supply chain. Prior to Cognira, Hatem co-founded and grew Predictix to make it one of the leading global providers of cloud-based retail analytics software. Throughout his career, Hatem had the opportunity to work with the largest retailers in the world such as Sainsbury’s, Nordstrom, Best Buy, Tesco, FNAC, Walgreens, Kroger, Woolworths, Home Depot, and Macy’s. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an M.B.A. Hatem participated in the investment roadshows series that took TAYP throughout the US to promote investment in Tunisia in 2011/2012 with stops in all major cities and appearances in national media.
