Mohamed Malouche currently serves as the Board Chairman and previously served as the President of TAYP. As President, he spearheaded our bilateral investment efforts along with the launch of the 4 Es strategy. Mohamed is a Partner with Deloitte with 20 years of experience in designing and implementing public sector modernization programs, large transformational programs in economic growth / private sector development and local governance/service delivery programs. Prior to Deloitte, he was a Principal at American Management Systems. Mohamed is also the founder of PromoTunisia, a services company that offers cultural trips to Tunisia. He also serves as a board member of the $100M TAEF fund focused on supporting SME development in Tunisia. He represented TAYP most notably at the White House, the Global Diaspora Forum, the Clinton Global Initiative, various US State Department and investment events in the US and Tunisia, as well as in media such as CNN, Al Jazeera and NPR. Mohamed holds an MBA from Telecom Paris Sud in France, and a Masters in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
