US State Department and USAID Request $134M for Tunisia for Fiscal Year 2016

On Monday February 2, USAID Administrator Raj Shah and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Heather Higginbottom announced the FY16 requested budget required for the State Department and USAID to carry out their missions worldwide. The FY16 requested budget for Tunisia is $134M, of which $55M are dedicated to Economic Support (ESF), an increase from FY14 figures of respectively $58M overall and $25M in ESF funds.
